As always, sexual interest is initiated and often maintained in the brain, and if reinforced by our senses works just fine with or without balls. That is my experience. Ejaculation will diminish due both to age and castration. But the afterglow is the same.

Well that is true.

I know for a while after my sex life suffered, but once I got over it things improved. A couple of girlfriends were even rather interested by my state. Certainly seemed to get more attention down there then I ever did before. I think they were fascinated and surprised that I could function so well.

For me, impossible to even imagine sex anymore, even if I try to. Now I can't get turned on unless my wife tries hard and the interest is not long lansting. This is from someone who had a very active sexual imagination before.
