One thing I've found is that the reasons for wanting castration and/or penectomy are extremely varied. For someone who ultimately identifies with being female, I can see how the larger the penis got the more they'd want to get rid of it. There are others who are not "female", but still have an asthetic desire for a smooth look. Those too might be bothered with a large penis.

For me, I am in the crowd with excessive libido. My penis is normal length and maybe slightly thicker than average. Many women have commented that they really like the shape of my penis. So I am sure I don't have issues with penis size or asthetics, at least in the sense that I would want to get rid of it. I want to get rid of it because it is bothersome.

Still, I am kind of "attached" to the big, snotty thing and therefore I think that I will keep it. However, please, nobody tell it because I have had a lot of success recently keeping it under control by threatening to "get rid" of it and those two damned nuts that it has to keep around to keep it from getting all depressed and droopy and hanging its head all the time...

Penis size may indirectly be a factor, in at least some of us. ... So in a way, size does matter. Bigger is worse.

Very true! It is only needed for sex and impregnation, what percentage of the time is that? I have heard that a small one works just as well.
