Congrats balless. Maybe you've already mentioned this, but how exactly did you convince Dr. Arnkoff to do this? I'm asking because it sounds like you have a body mod and eunuch fetish, so did you hide that from him and give some other story? I realize he doesn't require a letter and will do voluntary castration on non-SRS men, but I figured that he'd still be hesitant to proceed with someone who has body mod goals like yours. I was thinking that for me I'd talk about my sex addiction as my reason for seeking castration (which is my actual reason).

Anyway, just wondering from you (and any others who've talked with Dr. Arnkoff) how he reacted to each approach and reason?

Day 2 castrated everything is good a little swollen but nothing bad up and moving around with ease In fact got my tattooes done I mentioned in a earlier post on my feet got my septum stretched to 2 gauge and had both nostril pierced what a day I think that gives me 27 piercings!

Everything still good healing is going great not to swollen now looks like I'm gonna have a lot of sack left for my next mod. I haven't had any affect from the castration it all great

Unless you were on anti-androgens it takes on to two week before the testosterone is out of your system. After the testosterone is gone is when you will notice changes.

SplitDik,I have an appointment Feb 10th with Dr. A and we talked brie

fly about an orchi and he told me to make an appointment. He was pleasent and non-judgmental about it.It would probably be much better to just talk with him and be honest.I very much so look forward to this, it has been a long time coming( no pun intended).Driving into Detroit on Fri. and being done on Sat.I'll let you know how it goes!!:)

One week anniversary of my castration all is still good no problems what so ever feel and looks great

It will take about four weeks befor you lose your libido completely and impotence follows quickly atter that unles you take T injections. In my case impotence was immediate and is permanent. I had no problem but watch for depression and seek help at the first signs of it.

Hope all continues well for you. As was stated, your libido will diminish rather quickly, you might also start feeling depressed which is quite natural, decreasing hormone levels affect the brain and can lead to very dark feelings about ones self. Be careful. You'll also need to watch your diet and might need to change it drastically if you don't use HRT. Lastly, let us know if your desires change, not only did I lose my sexual desire for the most part, I also lost my desire for additional mods. I believe that castration changes the way one thinks about alot of different things, one might say you begin to see things more clearly because the sexual desire no longer interferes or gets in the way of ones thinking.

A bog congrats from me too ballless. Hash....what you have said is the very sane reason for me wanting a penectomy first. Once my cock has been removed...hopefully later this year, I want to see what life will be like for a number of months before my balls and sac are removed.
