I do have somewhat of a ranching past and ancestry plus some experience with livestock. But I really couldn't cut the grade unfortunately. I really wanted to at one time though but was told I was sociable like 'my mother', was a society person, and would only get very lonely and really needed to be out into society and that there was no future at ranching anyway. This is what got me to thinking about the plot. I'd like to add a few other characters into the plot that end up at that ranch. Içm going to start working on that. I want it to be informative and not misleading too.
