I have changed orgasms since castration. I do have a "dry" orgasm in the midst of the sexual act, sometimes even 3-4 of them. They are mindblowingly erotic. I feel them thru out my body. According to YodaNell, he can still orgasm with neither penis nor testicles. It's all about your mind and a little bit of physical stimulation. I've had no testicles since early June, and I can still orgasm rather reliably. Orgasms don't occur only in the penis, they occur in all the muscles and nerves of the groin.

I always worry about other issues as much as his lost ability to get orgasms: legal and medical complications, his mental health, his willingness to satisfy my needs when he can't satisfy his own, a change in our relationship to each other, etc. I also worry about his fairly casual attitude toward the risks.
