I honestly never bothered with them, but a fresh start would probably be in the best interest of the site

ide be perfectly happy creating a new profile if it made it quicker and easier for you to get them back up again

I don't mind either, just as long as I can still have the same user name.

While restoring the old profiles and message archives would be nice, if starting fresh means it will be up and running sooner, I vote for for that.

I had to do a new name and password anyway. Make em new. Agree with splitdick, allot of old unused profiles there anyway.

I am new, so I don't mind either. Probably the easiest is to have a new start, then figure out whether old profiles and messages can be restored later.

Much like the fiction archive, I suppose...

Eunuch, thanks for all you've already done here. I for one certainly understand and appreciate all the hard work. So by all means, do it the easiest way possible for yourself. It will be only minor inconvenience to the individual member. I'd gladly redo my personal ... just make it work for you.

I support trying to get the old personals back up and running..granted I agree with the idea that there was ALOT of inactive profiles in the personals

Start new and hopefully everone interested hasn't given up on the site yet!!!

I think it is okay if you start from scratch.
