If it continues to be ineffective for you, I'd certainly advise switching to Androcur/Siterone (cyproterone acetate). Something else you may consider, you may be genetically predisposed to have some level of androgen insensitivity (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002163/).
