Since about 15 I have always had one large ruptured testicle which means that my scrotum is quite large.

I have sleeves made of layered cardboard impregnated with resin about 3cm deep and about 16cm in circumference, which can just but only just, and with some effort , enable my largest testicle, smallest testicle and shaft be pulled through one at a time, sometimes this is not possible so I then use a larger ring. The result of this is to push the organs in front of the body, comfortable and as I always wear very loose clothes unnoticeable, I think it is aesthetically nice as does my wife, in the earlier sexual stage of our relationship I made love with it on. It was never for all the time but as the mood took me and then it could be left on for weeks at a time.

I have also always banded in the conventional sense, do not really understand the psychology behind it. Cannot say that it induces a "better" orgasm, maybe it did but they always seemed good whether banded or not. Started in my teens and carried on more or less ever since. I restrict the scrotum at its base enough for it to go blue and have thought nothing of leaving it on for hours. All has survived! Maybe it has lowered my testosterone level, it certainly has not reduced the size of my testes, if it has lowered testosterone then god knows how I would have coped without doing it.

I have been banding for many years now, with no signs of damage, maybe luck, maybe the next time will be the one where I have a problem. But for me this is a secondary thought as the thrill of releasing that tiny little band around my scrotum is too great to think of anything else. I always have a very powerful orgasm whilst banded, love the feel of my balls as they grow heavy, dark in colour and very cold. After 20 to 25 mins max. I remove the band. I do not cut, I put some lube on the scrotum, and work a finger under the band, tricky but can be done, then a second finger, and simply slide band off the scrotum. A lot less pain than cutting it off. Hope on e day to become a eunuch, but I know that banding whilst good for play and fantasy is not the way to go. Unless there is finally some cumulative effect that lowers my T levels enough to consider job done, but I won't hold my breath.

Furthermore I don't know if the other scare factors, blood clots etc. are constant or less severe in the case of penis banding than testicular banding.:dong:

It is true that the flesh of the penis can go much longer without blood flow and oxygen. This makes sense because it needs to be able to withstand being flaccid.

However, even if the flesh doesn't die from lack of oxygen the banding could still cause damage to the corpus cavernum (the spongy part in the shaft that gets erect), causing curvature and such.
