well good news i survived the night lol.. the sack is very bruised which can be expected. and the testicle is now hard with no feeling im pretty sure it worked. i dont notice any hormone differences but i seriously doubt i would this fast or even at all with just one nut gone lol.. feel a bit lopsided now tho but will fix that in the coming weeks. so excited should be a good time again. my butt and backs of my thighs are actually sorer than my scrotum. so it was a good experience but not as painful as everyone plays it to be. or maybe i just have a super high pain tolerance who knows all in all a very enjoyable experience. =]]

You mmust have a high pain tolerance. I used a 19" burdizzo on my left one and could not keep it closed for more than 10 seconds. It did a lot of damage but I still had some feeling even though it shrunk to a very small size. I understand if you leave it closed for about 10 minutes it works about 90 percent of the time. I finished mine off with injections of Vodka. Less painful but it took more time. Still looking for someone to remove the little hard lumps I left.

the doctor in atlanta would fix you up i am sure

any urologist should remove them if the testicles are dead if you complain they are causing you discomfort

Even if very interested to this topic, practicely I think i couldn't do it to me by myself: a little scared and no firm hands. Help needed for it.

The only medical journal article, a Urology Journal, used a burdizzo successfully by clamping for 30 seconds.

That's better. So a speed pain and it's done.

A little ambivalent about pain here

If pain is an issue you should use some local anesthetic, as they did in the urology article, or have some pain pills available. I don't think any pain medication was needed after 24 hours. Good luck.
