I think chemical castration is the way to start. If that is successful then do Alcohol injections, something I wish I knew about in high school. Then of course the actual surgery if the presence of your balls still bothers you. This is a right of passage, at least it was for me. I wish you good luck! Just keep the car keys ready in case you decide to go to the emergency room.

ps: you could probably use a 21G 1.5 inch disposable syringe; you can get them on the internet.

You think you want to be castrated.

1) You should try a test run with anti-androgen, and get to hormone levels of a castrated male

2) If you are OK with no Testosterone then and only then get castrated.

3) Using a burdizzo, most do not succeed self castrating using any burdizzo! The success rate goes up if you have a helper which knows how to use the burdizzo and the correct method of use.
