Damn straight this will be the year the Canucks take the cup. They're having one of the best years they've ever had so far, came into the playoffs #1 with a huge lead (10 points) over any other team, and are generally kicking ass and taking names.
Opening against Chicago is also a good move, since there's a bit of a grudge there, at least on the Canucks' side.
In short, I would almost expect a lynch mob if the team fails to make it at least to the third round of the playoffs, and there's no good reason they shouldn't make it to the finals.

Go Vancouver and for those folks who haven't been to BC you have missed a little slice of heaven for sure.And the island is just gorgeous but I better not say any more we dont want folks moving there and messing a good thing up now do we.

Just watched some delightful clips from the old Disney move Jungle Book that A-1 posted. Kipling's jungle is where I want to live, preferably with Balou the Bear.

Experience a Humid Summer, maybe in the southeast
ALSO experience a monsoon rain climate before you sell the farm and move.
We are a desert people.
