With the hot flashes usually comes sleep deprivation. That was and still is somewhat of a problem for me. Hormonal shifts mess up your natural sleep cycle or rhythm and it'll take some time to adjust.

Mood swings, at first they could be very intense, some days I was all over the place, today mostly calm.

I think one of the first things I noticed was that I now had time to smell the flowers. Without T you tend to notice things that before went right by you.

I think I have become more liberal, more caring, I have no interest in sex at all, my relationships are built more on mutual respect. Today I have more good friends than at anytime in my life.

HOT flashes, only a few every hour for the first couple years, actually I had a lot of hot flashes that lasted 5 or 6 years after castration. I never get them anymore, or at least not that I have noticed.

There are some things that will send me over the edge quick, usually its when I am thinking about my kids who I don't get to see as often as I would like. Of course movies and books will also set me off but pain does not. There I am rock solid.

Would I do it again? In a heart beat, I have never been more complete then sense I was castrated, I am finally who I have always been. I find also I am more honest with myself then ever before, I like who I am and what I am today. Maybe that is the eunuch calm some talk about. Just don't get me into a political argument, T or no T, makes no difference however today I think I have a better understanding on my political views which have never really changed.

Hi, for the 3rd time, I have decided to have a chemical castration. I don't like the return of erections and sex drive since I abandoned the cast last year because of energy losses. I hope my balls will be out of the way sometime this year at last. In the meantime I'd like to have your comments about wild orgasms, do you mean they are much stronger since you were castrated ?

Did your penis shrink a lot ? I miss the effects of the castration and must still wait a few days before my T level is down again. Before being balless forever I want to get prepared for the big jump. Thankyou

Remember each person is different and the wildness of "sduyck_2000" is only one. As a general rule once Testosterone is gone - orgasms for most just will not happen, it could if your on HRT or it just could be atypical.

I am one who has been able to have wonderful orgasms. I was castrated 13 years ago and have never used HRT. I know another eunuch who has orgasms without HRT. Again as we are all different so are our results.

i use rub on hrt when needed

the levietra works hrt or no

i guess i am just different

hrt has no effect on my prostate

it stays just as small as it was a few months after i was castrated

no semen to speak of

very small quantity

i am so old i cant get a erection without the crutch...hrt or not

the androgel was strictly to peak my interest...that is all it ever does

orgasms are few ...3 a month tops...but the orgasm will kill me some day...they last very long are very intense...and leave me with a sneezing fit after..dont know what that is about

my penis has shrunk a lot over the years..the levietra has reversed that the last year and half

my erections get so hard the skin gets stretched till its painful..i have to go slow for the 10 minutes to get everything stretched out and ready to go..otherwise it hurts a lot

The depressions were the reason I started a HRT.

But with estrogen. Immidiatly my mind was much better. I feel happy now!

Without sex-drive my life is much better. I`ll give my body time to change. So I will lower the dosage of estrogen with help of my Doc over the next year.

I knew that the HRT will femenize my body. I don`t want to be a girl full time but i hated my male body.
