So... can someone give me details on how to go about killing my testicles with alchohol please? How it's done, what to use etc, what to do, how much pain...

If I can see that I can do it that way, then I will - seems to be the concensous and I would be foolish otherwise, it seems

I'm going to give you the one piece of advice you said you would ignore - DON'T DO THIS, especially using the method quoted above. If you leave those bands on for 12-hours things inside your scrotum will become toxic to your body. The second you take that band off (12-hours later) you are going to be exposing the rest of your body to all those toxins that have built up in your sac. You are going to be asking for a huge health issue.

If you think you can simply kill your balls then take the band off and live a happy and carefree life, you're mistaken. If you have banded tight enough to kill your testicles, you've also banded tight enough to kill your scrotum and you'll likely end up being incredibly ill, or worse, dead.

The best thing you can do at this point is not to do this, but if you decide to take leave of your senses, then at least be smart enough to leave the band on and go to your local emergency clinic after it is done.

Alcohol injections work very effectively to kill off the testes. Total costs of materials needed should be about $40 for a box of 100 syringes and a bottle of Everclear or 100 proof vodka. I know it worked for me when I didn't see any way to get castrated safely within some other criteria we had. My testes became very small and hard, were totally numb and produced no testosterone. Best part of all was when my doctor discovered their condition, he referred me to a urologist and they were eventually removed.

You will regret doing a banding to completion, especially if you need the scrotum for parts later.

Ok. I'm convinced. I'll still, possibly, have a couple of questions, but I would be very foolish to go against the large amount of advice and experience on this site. I have, therefore, contacted the guy and, with thanks, cancelled our meet.

That is a very wise decision. I used the alcohol method and it worked well for me. All I have left are 2 small hard testicles that ride very high in the scrotum.

Since voluntary castration is not really supported in the medical community especially for non-transsexuals, I understand why you would choose to attempt this.

However, I strongly suggest you still want a doctor to do the actual removal and "clean up".

Therefore, if anyone is going to do anything to themselves they shouldn't aim for self-removal. Instead, you just want to damage them sufficiently that removal becomes a medical necessity and then a doctor will remove them.

So, if you're going to go the banding route, then what you want to do is just band them long enough such that they are sure to be dead, and then go to the ER and they will get removed properly.

With banding, testicles are surprisingly resilient. If you read up on testicular torsion (medical condition where blood supply to the testicles gets cut off), the testicles can go for up to 24 hours without bloodflow before they are 100% non-viable. Even 12 hours is not enough -- there is 50% they will still be alive. Also note that this requires full restriction of bloodflow (partial restriction may not be enough).

So, I would suggest the following. Band yourself for minimum of 24 hours with a proper castration bander (calcitrate, or good elastrator), then go to the ER.

I would in no way consider cutting them off yourself -- you will end up with all sorts of problems and dangers. For example, how will the nerve and spermatic cord ends be properly tied off? You don't want those causing pain forever. What if the band slips off after you've done the cut and you start bleeding to death? How are you going to close up the scrotum such that it heals properly and doesn't get infected? These are things that only a doctor knows how to do.

The other advice to consider:

Have you tried SSRI medication? I tried to castrate myself for years, and then was prescribed SSRIs and the desire basically went away. Castration fetish can be indication of brain or hormonal imbalance. Try to fix that first.

Banding actually hurts a lot. I'm a pain slut and the maximum I could go was 3 hours. At first you don't even feel it, but then an intense ache arises in your abdomen. If you're going to go through with this, you probably need to be restrained in some sort of BDSM type setting because I doubt even dedicated eunuch-wannabes can withstand this type of pain for the needed 24 hours.

If you go into ER with any self-harm you will have to see a psychiatrist. In a city hospital you'll be treated well (they've seen it all), but in small or rural hospitals you might get an over-reaction from them. To avoid being labeled a risk to yourself (they can put you in mental hospital forcibly) you may want to lie and say you did it by accident while trying to maintain an erection and then got to embarrassed to see a doctor until it was too late.

siobhansmith - I do not know your economic situation, however, I would not go the alcohol injection route either. I suggest, since your info blog states that you identify as a female, that you see a female counselor or psychologist to see if they can set you up for an orchietomy. I am also not sure what the medical requirement is in the UK to obtain an orchi, but safety should be your first concern. As a eunuch, I'm really lucky to be alive, I did some things that could have killed me. So if you're transgendered you might be able to get castrated medically by a professional in the UK. If not, you might try taking a flight to Thailand and seeking out a professional there for your castration.

You have done your research!! 12 hours does not guaranty castration! Look up testicular torsion. You are asking for problems! other than being castrated!
