Castration will stop you from having most erections. Some castrated men still have erections, but their sexual desire is not nearly as strong. As for me, without HRT (hormone replacement), my penis is dead, it shrinks and has shrunk even though I use a small amount of testosterone cream. Without HRT, I can't get an erection and I have no desire to orgasm. My penis becomes totally useless.

Castration is a starting place for men like you who think they need to strip the nerves, it's not necessary and you won't think about it if you're castrated. Now, saying that, castration is a huge huge step for anyone to take. It will change your life, how you act, think, and even walk. In other words, it will change you in many ways. However, you can add testosterone back into your system if you don't like the changes.

Why don't you want to have any erections?

Did something happen to scar you in some way?

Keep in mind, that the best way to stop erections is castration, and chemical castration is a good way to try it out first, I used Androcur which you can get. I took it for a year and liked the effect so went for the castration, but I still get erections from time to time, mostly when that happens I go do something and they go away. Remember the biggest sex organ you have is between your ears and short of removing your brain, or removing your penis you will still get erections eunuch or not.

As for castration and erections, I have been a eunuch for 42 months, and even without HRT, I get the occasional erection. As others have said, the results vary from one individual to another. That said, I think castration (after a course of reversible chemical castration to see how you like it) will give you what you are hoping for. I was castrated primarily because my live was completely controlled by obsessive sexual drive. Since becoming a eunuch, I finally feel human.

i don't think so because i discovered that website, i discovered it many years before by feeling it everytime i masturbate:ears nose mouth eyes hurting. not everyone will feel it, you have to have masturbate years and years before, or maybe if you masturbate ten times one after one you'll feel your eyes hurting, because the eyes are the first to be destroyed. trust me or not, i don't care about it, i'm right to say that and you won't find anything to make me think the contrary:sex isn't a good thing for health.
