I DON'T think so.

As a diabetic, I can tell you it's no fun.

I ended up with neuropathy before I got it under control, and not all the nerves came back.

As for other methods, try them at your own risk but don't do any of the 'stupid' stuff.

Paolo, I have diabetes too, and neuropathy. I just recently learned about benfotiamine. It's a fat-soluble form of vitamin B-1. Most B-1 is only water soluble. Benfotiamine is supposed to be better absorbed by the body, and to benefit neuropathy over a period of weeks. I'm trying it now.
