I'm quite sure that I will not need a clitoris. I have mentally prepared that I might never be able to have orgasm, and I accept that. Having a clitoris or not won't make a difference.

You can always have the clitois created while you have the penis head and get it removed later if it bothers you or you don't like it. Once it's gone you lose your best chance for a functioning clitoris. Scrotal tissue is used to make the labia and penis tissue used to line the vaginal canal. If there is not enough material and you want vaginal depth for intercourse, you can go with a colon segment but there are risks. They can aslo give you a short vagina that doesn't need to be dilated.

And for whatever this might be worth I think asking not to have sexual sensation after SRS may make a surgeon think twice before doing GRS. Lets say they agree to your wise to not have sexual sensation then you sue them? It would be a pretty clear case of "doing harm" and I doubt a mainstream surgeon would want to chance your having second thoughts or just wanting to cash in.

I only say that I'm willing to take the risk and accept whatever the result might be.

Talking about suing surgeons, don't they ask their clients to sign a waiver of responsibility? I mean after psychiatrists' approvals.
