Since motillium can only cause breasts growth in those with some breast tissue would it work on someone who was fat or who was on a drug that could cause gynocomastia?

I have been on motilium for over 18 months. Have nice lactating breasts. Just have to be careful when "letdown" comes. Makes me feel even more female.
