I want to thank everyone who responded to my request, either here on this thread or with a private message. The presentation that I made to the counseling professionals at the annual conference of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality was very well received and people stopped me in the hall over the next day and a half of the conference to ask questions and to talk further about it.

My presentation was on the diversity of target genders for transsexual individuals and Male-to-Eunuch as a valid transgender category. For the diversity of gender identities, I relied on the work of Dr. Walter Bockting, the president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, who was part of the same symposium. (His presentation was immediately before mine and two of my first slides were almost identical to two of his.)

Both the first and last presenters in the symposium were individuals who are part of the set of editorial committees at various levels writing the new DSM-5. Both mentioned as part of their talks that Male-to-Eunuch and BIID are likely to be part of the next edition – making counseling, hormones, and/or surgery much easier to obtain.

I used two of the accounts from my questions here at the end of my talk to drive home the importance of providing adequate care. NO ONE should have to go through what some of the people here have. Those with a strong and persistent desire for castration need to be taken seriously by professionals in the field.

I’ve now started preliminary work on a presentation that I will be giving at the 2011 meeting of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, which will be held in Atlanta next September. I need to submit a title and abstract for the presentation by the end of December and I want that presentation to be stronger yet…..

I was pre-school when I tried to saw everything off with a butter knife.

I wasn't allowed to touch sharp knives or who knows what might have happened.

When I was 11, I got a newspaper delivery route and I started wrapping my sac with the rubber bands (but a lot tighter than I wrapped the papers).

At 13 I tried sticking large sewing needles into the balls.

By the time I was 16, I was using several wide/thick celery type rubber bands on my ball sac. I also started cutting the sac with an exacto knife.

At 25, I actually got one ball out and halfway out of the tunic, but nicked an artery and went to the ER to stop the bleeding.

My scrotum had swelled to the size of a volleyball from the bleeding.

I claimed to have dropped a large knife and stabbed the sac...

even now, at age 54 I still band a couple times a week.

Surely, castration requests from young boys shouldn't be responded to by actually granting the surgery. Aren't there drugs which can delay puberty which might give the boy a taste of what it's like without it being permanent? I'm talking about the ones used on those who want to delay puberty for transgender reasons (not DP or Androcur, as these interfere with bone maturity if given before puberty is complete). Do the puberty-delaying ones have any effect at all when puberty has actually started?

it was when i was about 9 , we lived on a farm and i have seen my dad use the bander on the lambs balls and tail, i had to help him put the band on the pilers so he could use it, One day when i was in the shearing shed where the bander and bands where keeped, i got them down put a band on the pilers and tried to open it and put my balls though the band i wasnt strong enough to open it enounh all i could get though was some skin and and ball , i let the handle go with the band still on it the pain was so much i took it off straight away

I was 15 and began with ball banding. Now i clamp myself with pliers but i just can't close them.

1. I believe, im about 8-10, if i discovered the desire for torturing cock and balls.

2. had squeezed my ballsac with stones aso.; banded a little bit later with hairs was comming; If anyone in this time had cut off the little eggs with their little bag - i would be very interested and amazed by this modding. For me they always were tools for going away from my body. around twenty i began to cut off little pieces of my sacskin, always along the middle-suture.

3. So my sac is very short and tight. In the Age of 40 i removed my semencords. It was a great and horny feeling to cut them out!!!!!
