Having the testicle(s) moved so you have effectively undescended testicle(s) is not an Alternative to castration as:

1) you still have testosterone production

2) you are not an Eunuch

I understand what you're saying, but I want the "appearance" of having been castrated without the loss of testosterone. I DO want to keep my sex drive as it is.

But you would not be castrated and would still have all the amount of T that you have just now maybe you would be just as well to tuck both testicles back up into the body then you will still have the same sex drive that you have just now saves surgery

Just one approach that would work for me. Why cut your balls off then take synthetic medication to replace their function? I think it would be better to cut the tip of your cock off and keep your balls, frustrate organism that way and no medical issues. Just ideas and I agree that there does not seem to be ANY problem with cancer and pushing your balls back up into your body.

Because often it is not about the hormones. Go read about BIID. Sometimes it is because the balls need to be gone, not the hormones - about 35% of us here.
