Are you insane? Actually, most people here seem to be insane, but this is some of the worst advice I've seen yet.
The chastity belt thing may work, but keep in mind even those devices have limitations. Some people are still able to ejaculate while wearing even custom fitted devices (I was).
Best thing I have found is just wear tight underwear and don't take out your cock. You'll still get erections but it's very difficult to ejaculate, and there isn't any pain involved like a chastity belt causes in the morning. If you want to do anal play, you could cut a hole in the back of underwear... or maybe put in a zipper. Some adult store is bound to even make something like that.
There's also dorsal neurectomy, a surgical treatment available to reduce penile sensation causing premature ejaculation. Would take a while to find a willing and capable doctor, but it's a legal and available elective procedure.
I agree one can cum in any chastity belt its not possible without a concerted and obvious effort, far easier to defeat some tight underwear, and less permanent that a dorsal Neurectomy....which is more extreme than taking sudafed...lol...that said I have never found sudafed to inhibit my erections.
One thing did find though is while experimenting with chem castration it desensitized things to make it quite impossible to cum while wearing a chastity belt no matter how much I shook tugged or vibrated....but then that involved chemicals as well. I would try just taking finasteride by itself (common drug for hair loss and is pretty harmless) I found that it by itself is enough to change my sex characteristics to the point of almost eliminating wake up calls from the cage and desensitization, but not nearly as much as combining finasteride with androcur....that wiped the floor for me and had all the other side effects associated with low T, finasteride by itself though is kinder, but many people find finasteride has no side effects so it might not do anything.

I find that lexapro, lamictal, primadone and flomax take away my erections and my ability to orgasm/

I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone, but I recently started taking a SSRI anti-depressant called Venlofaxine (75mg) which in combination with Mirtazipine (45mg,) the other SSRI anti-depressant I take, has effectively taken away my ability to sustain an erection or ejaculate.
I'm not sure if this will be a lasting side-effect of the medication, but to quite honest as I still have the full potency of male hormones pumping through my system I'm finding this inability to be very frustrating since I still have all the normal urges; even though I really do yearn to be castrated and make this inability permanent! Kinda crazy I know!
Also I should point out I am experiencing far worse side-effects than erectile dysfunction with this combination of SSRIs, so as I said I wouldn't recommend it.

i am currently seeing a docter, he will probazbly put me on SSRIs too.
can you tell me what the "far worse" side effects are.
the only thing i am looking for is to get impotent and stop all sexual urges (read "needs")

Well everyone reacts differently to medication, but the cumulative effect of the two SSRIs I am taking appears to have over-stimulated part of my brain to the point where I am experiencing manic cycles with paranoia, acute anxieties and panic attacks affecting normal functionality. This is not a good state to be in for me and to be quite honest I'd rather be depressed. So my advice would be to proceed with great caution if you wish to consider using SSRIs to suppress sexual urges and diminish erectile functionality.

thx for your explanation, the fact is I was asking this docter to help me out with depo provera as I used it last year based on selfmedication.
Due to the fact that i got sick in the abdomen shortly after (i think minor liver issues) i started to look for a docter who could guide me thru and help me out to get chemically castrated. This doc told me that depo isnt used in belgium very often due to other issues like osteophorosis and high risks on blood clots.
I wonder if there is a way to have it done on a safe way.

I'm afraid I am really not the best person to advise you on medication for chemical castration. I would strongly urge you to read through some of the other threads on the subject, which mention various types of medication which can be prescribed for chemical castration and the common side-effects and risk factors people have experienced when taking these drugs.
I know in the UK the SSRI drug Prozac was once suggested as a method of controlling sexual desires and erectile functionality of sex offenders, but I have no idea how effective this drug is and whether the likely side-effects would outway any supposed benefits. Whatever you end up deciding I do hope you do so under medical advise with an appropriate level of monitoring and follow-up.
Good luck.

I see a lot of different suggestions for stopping erections and ejaculation for a short period. Mine would be to consider using a numbing topical ointment containing at least 20% benzocaine such as in orajel. rub a liberal amount on the penis and/or put it in a condom and place it on the penis. You will stay limp and not ejaculate.
The suggestion for a chastity cage was good also. If you do get one with a short cage available in the CB6000 and Birdlock. Ebay is a good source for these. You can use the topical ointment with the chastity cage also. It may leave you a little frustrated but many enjoy that feeling.
