Later it did cause the balls to shrink in size...I had the standard vas two metal clips clamped on both ends of the vas, and a small segment taken out. I can feel the cliped ends of the vas proud to do my part not making anymore babies, and now looking to get castrated for personal reasons. More men should stand up to the VAS Cut...I invision someday Vasectomy and Castration Clinics where guys lined up drop their boxers and get done! I tell guys get the snip...be a real Man!!!

If a small segment was taken out then through surgery it might be possible for a reconnection. It is also possible for sperm to be extracted directly from the testicle and used in vitro. Or one can also store sperm in a sperm bank. Only those who have not stored sperm and have been surgically castrated can truly say that there is no way that they can contribute to making any more babies. (unless maybe you store your castrated testes in a testes bank and frozen sperm is withdrawn from them at a later time). I have never heard of a testes bank but it might make a great IPO offering.
