I completely concur with mrt start seeing someone The sooner the better not only will this help you get a handle on things. The doctor would be more inclined to write you a letter stating that you are of sound mind and body. Furthermore I would seek out a lesbian phsychiatrist or phsychologist you'd be surprised how cooperative they'll be in helping you attain your goal the main reason for this is that they pretty much hate men anyway and one more castrated male, well it could be viewed as another feather in their cap! All kidding aside being monitored by your doctor is the smartest way to go. Keep checking kidney and liver functions and get your T levels checked regularly as well. as far as I know there are no doctors out there that would perform the castration without proper documentation. Exception to this is I can't remember his name at the moment but he's getting up there in years and may not offer his services any longer I think he's out of Philadelphia any ways good luck in your quest.

Kimmell took over for Spector in Philadelphia, and Kimmell has retired. No one took his place.

Your comments about lesbians are not only ill-informed, they are offensive. Nothing more need be said about them.
