I told Wizard what you wrote. He is incensed. This is what he ORDERED me to write:

I am not the human's son. I am the human's boss. I am also NOT a PUSSY. I am a superior being. I have two humans that I am dominant over. I know this because I can sit on them.

As Rupert was looking over my shoulder reading this post he told me that this was true and it was time for some treats.

Back to the story element - you can always set it a bit in the future with new laws, or just briefly define an alternate universe.

This is a Supposition. a What if? pertaining to this thread.

Possible reasoning: your 15 year old son has gotten 10 different women of assorted ages Pregnant. He laughs about it and refuses any responsibility over the issue, Claiming "their problem, not his". You've told him not to do so any more, and the Child Welfare Division will not take him off your hands.

He won't mind once past your doors.

What could you do? Would any CWD accept involuntary vasectomy as a solution? and if the child refused the doctor's orders of rest and limited movement, would the vasectomy end up in a bilateral orchidectomy?

Would you then be charged with abuse?

There are no countries within the civilized world that allow for genital mutilation. However, with that being said there are several countries that will turn thier heads and not procecute the Doctor. Mostly this is done for cultural reason in Egypt and many African nations the pratice of removing a young girls external genetailia is done to keep the woman chaste, their reasoniong is if she cant feel anything then she wont go looking for it. Of course the male is totally taken out of the picture, it's the woman who entices the man into extracuricular activities.

As far as forced castrations and or penectomies I don't think that any country would stand for or allow that. You need to remember that we are are paternal society. Castrations have been forced onto Muslim Men when they have been caught doing the deed one time to many. China may or may not allow castration even though it is an ancient practice. Once again the government may turn their heads in cases such as these. Thats my theory take it as you will. I do like the idea of looking at a possible future culture were teen pregnancy is rampant just a thought.

God, knowing whether or not this is reality someplace these days, that would for sure ruin the whole fantasy about it for me at least.

So then, there would be NO reason to even think about it anymore. Except to find or plan a way to stop it being done.

Nothing worse than (real) pain and helplessness.

Good stories on the subject though - for inspiration etc - might be Erik's Treatment, and Greg's Castration.

Make it political. Sarah and friends came up with the "death panel" concept. Maybe you can have castration panels. It can be part of the health insurance program. Have your boy castrated and get a reduced rate. That would probably work well with auto insurance.

For some reason child soldiers come to mind and an old custom of taking some form of genitalia from prisoners of war. Don't want your enemies to reproduce for petes sake. LOL

Just remember, coming back like into the USA. It may be a done fact but the locals still can bring you up on charges for the Nullification or Castration of the minor( most likely a Child Abuse charge).

I understand you can still get a neutered slave boy to work around the house in Saudi Arabia. Don't know if it's government sanctioned.
