It's pleasing to see that several others have said being castrated by a close friend is important to them. It’s hard to answer that poll without qualifications. (I answered urologist.) Ideally, my decision to be castrated would come about as a mutual agreement with a wife (a woman who truly wanted a eunuch companion and not just indulging my kink). It would be unrealistic to expect that my wife, girlfriend, or lover would possess the medical expertise to do the operation herself.
