A lot of us have fantasies like yours. But, sadly, I think it doesn't work like that in real life. I used to fantasise about how easy it might be to get castrated and live happily ever after, but loss of testosterone is not to be taken lightly. Testosterone doesn't only provide our sex drive and erections. Low testosterone can make you feel very bad indeed, and there are long term health risks too. As others have suggested, try chemical castration; it'll help to put your fantasies into perspective. But be prepared for a shock; chemical castration isn't a walk in the park.

A large part of me thinks you may be right. I'm not saying I'll go the way you suggest, but it does bring me pause. Please feel free to give me any more ideas you may have, especially if you read any more posts I may make here. I've suspected all along my desire for castration is just one more silly kink I may have picked up, though I'm not sure it is. Anyway, SINCERELY, thanks. :)

Do look for a GID therapist. You have many questions and these folks can help sort it out and answer them. Its possible its just a kinky idea thats a really bad idea in reality. Or maybe you really are a good choice for M2F transition. Find out! Life is short.

I think part of problem is that there are a lot of castration porn stories that are wildly wrong at least in my experience. Doctors don't wank you off for a "final orgasm" before they slash out your testicles possibly with their sleeves rolled up but its a pretty common theme in these types of stories. And the women are all gaga about seeing men emasculated etc when in reality most women don't think about male testicles much if at all.

And speaking as a person who has had his removed (Chronic Pain / medical reason) there is no "final orgasm" since I'm on HRT and still having them regularly. :D Low testosterone sucks for a variety of reasons. Some people handle this better then others but its NOT simple and yes, I glossed over the health issues but bone loss, potential for heart issues etc are all good reasons to keep your pair attached unless your planning on M2F transition where estrogen would replace the missing testosterone.
