Thank You all but, it is a syndrome that

runs in the family for at least 3 generations I can trace.

Gets more extreme with age.

More of a Body Shut Down and Thinking Migraine with the headache

and photophobia being least bothersome. Most noticeable is when

thinking starts to go, and I know it. Also body say, "we have ten minutes to get off your feet or your are going down".

I was feeling better but, with little recurrence and BP drop I forgo the hot tub experience.

Tugon's original response was vary validating.

No tumor.

No strokes, t-i-a's, thyroid or whatevers.

Just piss poor neurology in the family line.

Thanks again all for other ideas of concern.

Moi 🙏

I have those. ramses is RIGHT. Approximately 50% of People who have significant T.I.A.'s (Transient Ischemic Attacks) generally will have a stroke in 6 months or less.

moi, Please PM me again and let me know what the hell you were talking about. I thought that it was me...

This site contains almost everything there is to know about cluster headaches:

http://www.clusterheadaches.com/about.html#top

I suffered from the "episodic" variety for years - a sickening one-sided headache which attacked me a couple of hours after I fell asleep every second night for around 2 weeks then they would go as suddenly as they arrived. Nothing helped, panadol, aspirin etc just bounced off amd each attack would last around 45 minutes. Typically, I would get around 4 episodes per year, roughly at the change of the seasons.

Strangely, once my Chiropractor gave me the diagnosis and I googled this site they stopped. I saw my G.P.who confirmed the diagnosis and gave me a script for ergotamine but I never needed it and have been headache free for over ten years now.
