If you are serious I suggest you look at Lori's chastity tubes. A stainless steel tube fitted over the penis and fixed in place by a suitable piercing. She also offers a permanent version with special break off screws. I have tried such a tube and it works I can assure you. There is NO way out .

Just a little metal based epoxy, break off the screws and there is no way of removing it. Unless you take a grinding stone to your soft parts (a big grinding stone).

I make similar tubes from normal copper tubing (cheap available at any hardware stors) but it is not suitable for long time usage. I some one can supply me with 25mm-30mm inside diameter stainless steel tubing I will more than willingly make ones for permanent wearing.

I have designed a double tubing version, which I believe is even more secure. A small (very small) teflon tube is placed and the penis just under the head of the penis and fixed with a frenum piercing. Then the second tube of steel slides over the inner one. just a little epoxy and you are fixed. There is no problem with urination with this solution and you certainly will not remove it in a hurry (if ever).

I've worn a chastity device for over a year. My device prevents any kind of penatrative sex by making erections uncomfortable.

I am currently being fitted for a #4 Lori's tube. It attaches via a P/A piercing and securely encases the penis completely. You can't escape, you can't masturbate, even getting an erection is painful. I was surgically castrated 15 years ago and can still get it up more than once a day. Mistress has laid claim to the penis and all orgasms generated hence from, she really enjoys the control. I can't stop masturbating so I know she is right. It will take 3-5 months to have the device custom manufactured. In the mean time I am forbidden to touch her penis. I have little will power. I know I will be better off when the tube is in place and only she has the key. A P/A piercing is not that painful and if you abhor pain I'm not even sure what you are doing on this site. It will take about a month for an 8ga piercing to heal and you will need to then stretch it to 6 or 4ga. The larger the piercing the less chance of migration from the weight of the device. It is stainless steel and weighs about 8oz. You will need to wear tight panties or a jock to help support this device. I chose a #4 because it is one of two devices that do not require testicles to attach. The other is a Lori's tube #5 which is straight instead of curved. I have heard that the P/A is much more comfortable while wearing the tube than the frenum piercing. I will let you know when my arrives as to how it works, feels and how secure it really is.
