Other then those hacked on by "doctors" I won't mention they give you a general before surgery and there is no need to do a lot of "restraining" however they do tape your arms down so you don't fall off the operating table. I think you have the impression that men are dragged in kicking and screaming or that its sexual in some way to have surgery.
Speaking for myself it was purely medical and the only "release" I felt was the relief from chronic pains and the plus of getting rid of my atrophied testicles and getting adult sized implants. Reality is far different from castration porn.

Sounds most interesting - being castrated in the doggy style position is going to become a permanent topic in my fantasies on the subject. But what about the immbobilizing of the soon to be eunuch? Wrists and ankles tied?

you're right, of course, but in my fantasies the person usually is more ambivalent, which is why the cutter might want to take some measures. and of course submitting to being tied and immobilized itself would signify that the person finally accepts castration...

I would prefer lying on my back with legs spread far apart so that the video camera could record everything, and I would want a local or spinal so that I could watch the TV monitor and see everything happening. I wouldn't want the scrotum opened up, I would want them removed from the upper groin. But what would really be the ultimate would be to help. After each one is removed from the surgical opening I would like to hold onto it, pull it out of it's hiding place while the Dr. tied off and cut the cords. Holding the little bugger in my hand when it is separated would be just the best. You only get to do that two times in life (left one and right one), but when its done I certainly don't want to miss out on the momentous occasion. Once the full effects of being castrated kick in I wonder if watching the video recording would still be exciting, or interesting, or just dull and boring. Hope I can find out the answer to that question some day.

I once had to have a rather rare surgical procedure after problems with appenidicitus and adhesions. The doctor asked if he could film it for teaching purposes. I agreed. I joked that people paid to see my naked body and the doctor (who wasn't thrilled by silly humor) showed me the film. You could see my insides through a six inch incision between the surginal drapes but nothing else of me.
So filming might not be so sexy.

On my back with my feet in stirrups and wide apart sounds good. So does the camera with a monitor that I can watch. But the doctor mustn't stop at the nuts. He must take the lot and I'll hold the dick so that he has two hands free to cut it off right at the base. Would like to be the one who lifts it away from my body.
