If you are a pre-op Transsexual, tucking might not be the best permanent option. Why not seek out an SRS surgeon and have your testicles removed? Then tucking would be extremely easy because your penis will shrink considerably and you won't need the chemical castration drugs. I have read that undescended testicles are more likely to become cancerous.
Hash, seriously, why do you give everyone this advice. Got a problem with your sexuality or genitals the way they are? Cut off your balls, it will make it all better.
The original poster did NOT mention anything about transsexuality, did NOT mention anything about castration, still wants to be able to produce testosterone and still wants to be able to cum.
None of these things indicate castration is a good idea.
There is, of course, the associated risk of cancer, but there is no information on causality... i.e. nobody knows if pushing your testicles inside is safe, because there have never been any studies done on this obscure behavior. The one thing that is apparent is that tucking them inside permanently makes them impossible to inspect for signs of cancer. Recent studies indicate that cancer risk is mostly influenced by age at which testicles are descended in relation to puberty. While there is no way to predict any particular outcome from that, it is useful to know.

My advice to FauxSuzi is to keep doing whatever you want, but don't do anything permanently. Tape is fine, but use sports tape that will stick to skin, and change it every day. Glue and superglue are not good options, the glue will break and peel off sensitive skin. Liquid bandage will perform slightly better than glue, but still lacks sufficient tensile strength to hold together over multiple hours, especially with parts that are moving because of walking.
If you are indeed trans-sexual and this is why you wish to hide your testicles, look into a gaff.
The disadvantage of being unable to check your testicles for cancer is rather huge, and I would not recommend tucking permanently to anyone. I've considered it, and also abandoned it as a risky idea.

I think Hash might have been refering to me. And my post was generally about tucking for anyone interested not really directed at the OP.
I think that a simple hair tie at the base of the scrotum would be about the easiest way to hold them up there while hanging free and nude.

Sorry kelly, I was referring to Conscientious, I should have made that clear.

Since I have been tucking my balls and penis in 24/7 for several years now (except to pee and wash), I now found that by balls (or rather the spermatic chords) become painful if I don't tuck the balls in for any extended period of time (like a couple of hours). Similarly, the skin on my glans and even the shaft skin feels painfully stretched if by chance I got a rare erection - no matter how weak.
Does other people have the same experience?

Sorry. You lost me there. But my conclusion from my own experience is that it is better to stay permanently tucked.

Sorry hkeunuch, I was referring to a quote from the tv show Seinfeld.
I'm not sure that I understand the subject of this thread myself. You mean to hold your balls up (tuck?) instead of naturally hanging down/low? I always just have mine hanging, though I've never been a boxers man, so might have a lower than normal sperm count.

Thanks, Greg for the clarifications. Sitting out here in Thailand, we are quite behind on nice TV series like Seinfeld.
Well, by tucking, I mean pushing the balls back into the body, up the inguinal canals where they originally come from. For penis, I mean pushing the cock completely back into the body.

Thanks for some explanation.
So for tucking of the balls, do you still retain your same testosterone levels? I'm guessing that this is solely a decision or desire based on body image rather than actual lifestyle.

Yes, tucking of the testicles do nothing noticeable to testosterone levels.
I reduced my testosterone via Androcur.
I started with tucking of penis since I was about 12. Just found it fun and loved the pressure on the penis. At first, I couldn't stand the pain when it got hard. Over the years, I began to like that too. But at night, they could still wake me up.
Now that I had been chemically castrated, it very rarely gets hard, certainly never being woken up by them ever again.
I learned about tucking the testicles much later after learning about it on the Internet. I also just love the feeling of pressure on them.
