Yes. I am happy with the acorn size penis, if it is always that small day in and day out.
As to your question if it would help to be circumcised prior to all of this, I cannot see much difference. Mine is circumcised. But with the shrinkage, the head is usually covered in a new "foreskin" from the shaft. Had I not been circumcised, the overhang of excess skin would have been quite long then. But other than aesthetics, I can't see much of a difference.
