For the record, Tanzania Pea-berry is a very nice coffee. It's very mellow like Kona special but only cost one third the price!

It goes very well with a cheese Danish!

Where's the protein?

:D

Folgers Classic

Don Francisco Hawaiian

Don Francisco Northwest Dark, A good Dark with no burnt effect. Better temperature control as to caramelize natural coffee bean sugars without burning them - ala French. Anyone know the proper name for such a Dark roast?

All my coffees must be tummy easy as I make them 25% above recommended dose.

🙃 Moi 👀

Too Much Caffeine? How Can You Say That! Never!

I Identify With "Tweek" in South Park.

And Everyone Should Have A Good Protein In The AM.

Kipper Herring anyone? Yum!

Yoli here,

Speaking of kawfeeeeee! I did get some, thanks to Ash(leigh) and she even produced some blueberry/pecan muffins...YUMMO!

On a non-related note: I had to spend the entire day at the office! Unfair! Slavery! Yoli abuse!

There's a huge case being worked up and the bonuses for me and certain of the staff will be eeee-normous if we win, which we will. While bonuses aren't paid until all appeals and other obstacles are cleared, which can take up to forever, this case will likely bear fruit in time for Christmas! The reason is that the other side is already wavering and will offer a nice settlement soon rather than take a mauling in court.

Please know that my firm aren't ambulance-chasers and most cases are of a corporate, land dispute, mineral rights, or estate battles nature.

I just got back from Happy Hour and I'm ravenous. I was gonna eat at the place where we toasted our anticipated riches but found I was craving leftovers...Yes, leftovers.

Y'see, we hosted a swim/drink/overeat party here on Saturday and we purposely over-ordered from the caterer AND over-produced the stuff we personally furnished. Soooooo....

After I finish this Martini (Bombay Sapphire, very dry, one fat olive, no juice.) and pour another, I'm gonna skinnydip with Ash(leigh) for a few minutes then we will enter the big house and attack the fridge and walk-in cooler. I'm probably going to opt for a lot of boiled shrimp, a REAL crab salad, some seaweed and sea urchin rolls, and flush it down with Heinekins. Pray for me😄

I can only hope I ignore the desserts that lie in ambush.

Oh, almost forgot...In the morning...MORE KAWFEEEE!

Yoli

Fat girl to be, but not yet!

Yoli, on leftovers, I just had a thought, yes it happens sometimes, if your male eunuch friend comes over is he considered Leftovers? :dong:

I have never found coffee that was as good or better than the fresh roasted coffee beans at Costco Wholesale. I usually get my bags of coffee when they are still hot from the in store roaster. Their french roast is incredible and only costs about $8 for about 3 lbs.

One thing more addictive than coffee is the coffee shops themselves where all the people meet and then you don't have to do the dishes too. Kind of expensive though. But great cure for depression.

Oh my GOD! At particularly trying times in my life (like right NOW!), I really miss Bahrain. I lived there for a short while, and I can tell you, there is no place more comforting and enjoyable than a sidewalk cafe, surrounded by friends or even just amicable acquaintances, a "hookah" pipe loaded with that delicious apple flavored tobacco, tastey humus and authentic fresh arab bread done in the oven right there... and of course, the finest coffee delivered right there to the table, or the best tea if you prefer that.

This day, I would pay unthinkable ammounts of money just to be there for a few hours... playing chess with my friends, telling a few jokes, reading the newspaper.

The most humble Arab sidewalk coffee shop beats the hell out of any "Starbucks." Say what you will about the backward "Islamofacist" theocracies and hate Arabs all you care to, but you cannot deny that in some ways, they are light years ahead of us.

Yeah, but . . . The toilets. I do not have a butt bombsight to hit the hole. And give me a hose and I will give you a mess. Aside from that, valid points.

I don't drink coffee, I don't like the taste, never did. I tried hard to join the coffee club of America but after about 20 cups or so with and without cream and or sugar I gave it up as a bad deal. I don't even like the smell of coffee, my local store has about 60 brands of beans that you can grind yourself, I never go down that isle because it smells so bad. I don't have a coffee pot nor do I keep that nasty stuff at my house, even instant.

I really don't know how you guys can say you like it, it smells bad and tastes worse.

No need to give me shit about it, I just think its rotten stuff.

Tea on the other hand is wonderful, Earl Grey, English Teatime, several of the herbal teas and my favorite Darjeeling, you most likely wont like it, coffee drinkers find it to strong.
