A small high-speed precision rotary saw could do the job (think of a Dremel tool on steroids). The blades are easy to cool with water or other liquids. We have used them in engine room situations where heat from the saw would be very undesireable. --FLO--

O.K., they sawed it off. Did they send the man to a psychologist or put him in a psych ward? They didn't just smack his pee pee and let him go home did they?

To Peen, or peening is to pound metal welds tight after the metal is welded.
They installed new fume hoods where I worked for two months. The entire exhaust system was welded and the building heard pounding, pounding, pounding, pounding all day for two months.
Even Exedrin wasn't good enough. Go Peen your own nuts!
Those pictures were the ugliest pistures of penile damage I've seem in a long time.

I have seen the picture after removing the hammer head. Not so much damage to the dick I supposed before.
But the idea of draining blood with some needles is quite good.....
