I think I can safely assume from what you are saying, that there should not be any permanent damage, and the problems about your performance, or rather lack of it, should improve quite soon. Above all, the penis should be of normal appearance and good skin colour, however sensitivity always takes a long time to recover, trust all should be well.

I had my toes nearly frozen once, they stayed numb for over six months.
But they did recover. My doctor told me that this long period was normal as it is the longest nerve that has to recover. So from that view, it can never take you six months to come back to normal.
But I guess, what some said before.....It could be your own fair that blocks you. I know that feeling of being sick, sweating and diarrhoea and even vomiting, just because of something I did. (I will talk about that later)
Fair can be a hard lesson my friend. Accept the lesson, try to relax and trust.
I guess you can finish that fair soon, and you might be better of after it (without the game).
