My legs and feet are so dry that they itch at times. But my face being more full has not been a problem. I still have rough and tough beard, always did have a tough beard. Hang in there..

Oy, I sure wish I could find an excellent skin moisturizer that didn't smell all chemical-filled or that leaves my skin sticky.

How come cocoa butter skin creams always comes with mineral oil? yargh.. I must make my own, I suppose.

I have noticed similar skin changes too. Leg hair is almost gone, pubic hair seems thinner, even my beard seems softer.

Try increasing you water intake to avoid dry itchy skin. this helped me years ago with dry elbows\feet. I also quit drinking diet soda which may have also been a contributing factor. Staying hydrated can keep the skin from drying out. I think the suggestion is for eight glasses of water a day.

After my castration, I experienced dramatic facial changes over the next couple of years, including softening of facial features and changes in skin tone.

I have looked at pictures of myself back then compared to now after being on T for a couple years, and my face has changed significantly again.

Overall weight changes do not matter - your face will soften after castration.

Unfortunately you are right about age affecting your face as well - I am noticing subtle lines around my eyes at 24 :(

Gee people, you are getting old and wrinkly, wrinkly, wrinkly.

Why I'll bet you even have gray chest hairs and gray hairs (shhhh) down below, too!

I'm not getting wrinkly, I am getting puffy. It's not a softening either, it's just strange.

Just wondering if any other eunuchs experianced their cheeks getting puffy ?

With less testosterone in your system, your features are going to soften some. They are going to be less hard edged male features. I looked at your pictures. Your face is already clearly established as male. You are not going to start looking like Angelina Jolie suddenly (sorry about that), but your features are going to get slightly rounder, which will feel like puffiness from the inside. These are exactly what trans people go through when they take blockers (ie become chemical castrates) the facial changes are pretty much what you describe.
