Wouldn't it be great to be able to time travel and take skeptics and believers back into human history and see with one's own eyes what really happened at the time of Jesus's birth, and throughout his lifetime.

They say seeing is believing. At least that's what all those people who have seen flying saucers and aliens tell us.

Be careful what you wish for, one day you may get it. If time travel (or maybe just viewing through a time portal) ever became possible, I think you'd spend a lot of time and effort looking back in Judea around that purported time and find... er, nothing. Here's a challenge for you: In the absence of a time machine (or until one is invented), I challenge you to read "The Christ Conspiracy" by Acharya S. It's available on Amazon, and is as clear an historical review of the life of Jesus as you will ever read. Read the entire thing, and if you make it through that one, then try "The Suns of God" by the same author. Of course, I suspect that the time machine will be invented before anyone of faith ever reads one of those two books, heh heh heh... but hope springs eternal.
