I had my bilateral due to chronic inflamation back in June 2007, and i'm set up to have the implants in on 16 December.
It's been WEIRD having a flat bag, and i think it'll be WEIRD having nuts again.
But I suspect I'll get used to it.

Hey! It'll be weird... you'll be a couple days to wonder how you could bare them before

THEN you'll just enjoye them!

...
I just hope for you that your surgeon will use the suprascrotal insertion (or "wink" procedure" it's faster to heal and a lot less risks for infection
Good luck! and... carefull... take time to heal before testing 'em!

I have already had that discussion and the fakes will be put in the same way the real ones were taken out: horizontal incisions each about 2" long and 2" above my dick.

Ahh a fellow member of the "V" incision club. The feeling of having a full scrotum is very... Positive in my experience. Pain is mostly the incision area in the pubic region. Although they probably will sew them in which maybe a tad uncomfortable. *Wear a jock or suspensatory for a few weeks.

And one suggestion. Saying "Fake" as in "Fake" balls is like telling a women with implants that her boobs are "fake"
Its true they are not the same but... Fake I think is not a nice way to describe that which I'm very fond of!

Such out in the open discussions!. I haven't found this on any other web sites.
The comment about : ---don't just do one----, was very valuable as I had recently pondered just doing one as an option.
And just about the time I decide I am never going into a hospital for anything due to the C. diff infections, (on another thread I started) I read the above comments and it makes me want more than ever to get rid of my deformed diseased testes and get two nice normal looking and feeling balls; they make "neuticals" for dogs, maybe man balls should be "manicles". Just a guess.
I wonder just how bad my condition will need to get before doctor and insurance co will agree to what I want. At what point can I be justified in demanding?
I started out with overwhelming feelings of taboo just thinking and communicating on the topic of testicles and removal of same. Conversing on this web site has certainly been breakthroughs on several levels for me and I don't feel so ill at ease as I first did.
Keep sharing your thoughts and experiences.
I guess a lot of people like the stories. I looked at a couple of them. They were not my cup of tea. I'm dealing with real issues and don't understand fantasy testicle fascinations. Although I must admit I am over occupied with thoughts about my testicles and my dislike of them.....that would be bizzare to most everyone should I ever disclose this........which I do not do.
And it's so interesting seeing other ordinary discussions too that have nothing to do with testes (or lack of them). It's like a big social club with a lot of people supporting one another - very rare in today's world where most everyone is only interested in helping me, myself, and I.

I didn't re-read this at the time but after this many months they do not feel like "fakes" but almost as the original ones did.
It was a silly word to use.

Think of them as enhancements.
Actually I did visit a web site once (forgot where). This doctor will insert into your sack actual enhancement that surrounds your real ball and makes your ball sack look much bigger. (done to both). Is this for real? It looks like it from the photos, but seeing is not believing.
Anyway, I had not seen this thread. Glad to find it. Although I have lost my ultimate castration craving (due to finally lowering my T level), if it is hopefully medically necessary to be castrated I will definitely pursue acquisition of replacements.
Right now mine are very firm and insensitive to touch or pain, so they actually feel like replacements, but they are the real thing. If I ever get to migrate to replacements I won't have to go through any sensory adjustments (once the post surgery pain is gone).
While I would prefer to have the biggest ones they make, they may make only one size. I would prefer for them to be round, and float freely. Oblong ones would get into odd positions I guess if not attached. I really would not want them attached but I guess they will do what they do, and the customer be damned.

Hi guys, girls, and eunuchs

So i met a guy who suffered from Klinfelter's syndrome and had his tiny testicles removed and had prosthesis inserted instead of them, and more he is a RN who talk about my case to a urologist (actually a pediatrical urologist) who his one of the rare surgeon to "install" fakes.

I am a bit late on this discussion but my thought is that it is not rare for a surgeon to offer artificial testicles in conjunction with an orchiectomy. I am only a sample of one but my urologist offered this when it first looked like an orchiectomy was a possibility and then again several months later when the decision was made to do it. My guess is that there is a profit motive for him wither with a kick-back from the manufacturer and/or an additional fee for him doing it. In both cases my wife declined before I did. I guess the situation depends more on your age and situation. If no one else is going to see you naked, what's the difference? But I can certainly understand why some may opt for them. I am very happy with just a shrunken and empty bag.

My guess is that they're primarily meant for those men who do not want castration as a psycological way to compensate somehow for their removal. Mine have atrophied and have completely retracted into my abdomen. I don't miss not having them visible and no woman that I was with before ever seemed to care about the size of my testicles. They're of no or little importance to many females, based on my experience anyway.
