not want to be castrated because the scrotum tissue is needed for

vaginal construction. I really miss orgasms and sex. I can get erect

and orgasm but it takes a long time and I get so sore. My libido is

also very low. I think a lot of it has to due with how sore my breasts are

I don't even like to move much less feel sexual. I've also heard that girls

that are able to orgasm before SRS tend to be able to after so I don't

want to lose that forever.

TIA :) Mandy

If that's the only reason you wish to wait for castration, why not see about having silicone implants put in there...to keep the scrotum skin stretched.

If you cut out the T_blockers but stay on the estrogen you will keep the breasts and fatty tissues - no worries.

You may see some obvious difference, but that gain in energy (and sex drive) at that point will be a good trade off.

Much as I'd like to go on T-blockers again, I have an SO...and I enjoy that aspect ....

But over time the breasts may reduce slightly - mine are STILL sore from upping to 4mg per day of estrogen so maybe you won't lose any.

I'm an A cup myself...

any of the ED drugs like Levitra or Cialis?

ED drugs only work on boosting blood flow to the penis. They don't address erection problems arising from diminished libido which I can attest to from personal experience. 😠😠 Maybe different for others

I'm no expert but I've read a lot. I think at 15 months your past the point of no return. Your testicles are probably "shot" and doing off the Anti androgen drugs will probably not get you anywhere near normal male levels of testosterone. And even if possible I think the time frame would not be doable.

I don't know what amount of Spiro you used to get to this point but as your testicles are atrophied you might need a lot less? Some help? I'm over my head on this stuff....

Ok, this might be TMI and take this with a grain of salt. If you tuck the crown (or head) of the penis in so its covered and use the vibe outside that might be more comfortable and less sore. Doing this with a towel might also do the trick. I think you have to sort of put you mind in female sexuality mode and forget the whole thrusting the penis thing because lets face it what you have been doing IS changing you from the core out. Female hips, butt and breasts are not the only things changing. Your mental "wiring" your sexual wiring and or response at about the 6 months date of HRT have changed you for good. Its probably doing to take a lot of adjusting to get used to and to find the best way to enjoy whats happened. Take your time! You have the rest of your life and remember. Keeping regularly "orgasmic" is the best assurance that post op you will be capable of full female sexual response.

Good luck Amanda.
