Try THIS one on for size: There is a new psychiatric diagnosis called the Truman Show Delusion, in which people suffering from it think they are constantly being watched by unseen people, that their families and co-workers have all been replaced by actors, etc. The human mind is a curious thing...here's the link:

Sorry, my life is not a reality TV show.
It's a fully-immersive, virtual reality video game.
I've yet to decide who's playing though. Am I playing the game, or just the lead character? Either way, I wish the developers had included some cheat codes.
