Re: Castration in Thailand

Thanks everyone for the info on this thread. It is relieving to see that the costs of surgery in Thailand are fairly cheap. $5,000 American etc. I had thought that surgery might have cost around $50,000, particularly to get something done in a western country. I am a straight male who has had dreams/desires to completely remove his sex drive, but just at the moment I am leaving towards basic castration. I am hopeful that this will lead to a major loss of my sex drive. Can anyone hear give me some personal examples as to their reduction of sex drive after castration? Like, if you used to want to fuck/masturbate daily, how often do you desire such now? Once every few days, once a fortnight, etc? I want a loss of my sex drive due to mental issues not physical ones. I'd prefer to keep my penis most likely, in the sense that I don't have a particular problem with it. I've actually made a vow of chastity and want to make this vow more realistic and easy on myself, plus I want to live with my mind ruling me more than my penis (and I am easily captivated by my own mind which is a good thing). I am currently seeing two doctors about this in Australia and hope to try out some medication later this year. Does anyone also have any advice on whether surgery in Thailand is a good option or whether it would be safer to get something done elsewhere? Also, has anyone had experience with being castrated and then gone further with this with more surgery later? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

eab221 - I think this is what you're looking for: http://www.themanginaman.com/11.html

Excerpt: Q: Are you a female to male transsexual (transman) with a real vagina?

A: No! And, I still have a penis! They don't cut it off and throw it away! I was born male and had a special surgery in Brussles, Belgium to create what is called a Mangina (penile inversion technique). My testicles were surgically removed and my 9 inch cock was turned inside so you can fuck my hard, throbbing cock as if it were *like* female anatomy, but it is not a vagina by any stretch of the word. It's the wonderfully unique Mangina surgery brought to you by the miracle of modern medicine!

Penile Inversion is a common surgical technique used to create the appearance and function of a female vagina on male to female transsexuals. The testicles are removed and a bit of the inside of the penis is removed, the part that gets hard during an erection. Your penis is now like a very large foreskin that is inverted to line the inside of your mancunt. If you are familiar with "cock docking"? View the cock docking website http://www.foreskinplay.com/ where you can see the common practice of uncut guys having another guys insert his cock into his foreskin and fucking. The surgery I had done is like making your whole cock into an inverted foreskin. I guess you could call it the ULTIMATE VERSION OF COCK DOCKING!

Just so we're all clear and while 'manginaman' emphasizes that his cock has not been removed, but only inverted and reused to make a vagina, he would present as a total eunuch - a MTF with no balls and no cock (all erectile tissue from the interior removed). However, the continued presence of the exterior of his cock in his body and I presume the glans means that he enjoys all the sensation in the crotch as any man. A lot o' guys want to achieve what he's done. And for those wondering about going to Thailand, it's definitely worth considering.

He is not what he tries to make us believe. He once was a man. Then a woman. Then wanted to be a man again but recognized, that during transition his penis got lost. Therefore he never wanted to be a "manginaman", this is just what he happens to be after a long journey.
