I have used a vacuum pump for the pleasure of the feeling , not to enlarge my penis. I believe the pumping has stretched my skin, but not enlarged my penis.

When my penis started to shrink I have at first tried to prevent this by pumping the penis. It didn't work and my penis kept shrinking. Then I accepted the shrinking, remembering I always loved those little "Classic Greek" penises and love my own little one.

You may want to have yourself checked for hereditary hemochromatosis (iron overload disease) It affects, and eventually shuts down the testicles. You might think "great, I am being automatically converted into a eunuch", but the disease has other nasty effects if left unchecked: diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver, heart troubles, failing joints. Treatment is very easy, the equivalent of a blood donation per week until levels return to normal, then routine blood lettings every 2-4 months for the rest of your life. Caught early and there are no effects on life expectancy.

If caught early enough the "castration" effect can be reversed, but once the disease completely kills off the testes, you remain a eunuch for the rest of your life. While it may be tempting to allow the disease to take its course, doing that may in fact kill you.

I have hemochromatosis and agree that the treatment is not bad comparied to what will happen if you let go unchecked. I gave blood two times a week for 6 months to get my feritin levels under control (below 50) and since I was going every 3 months to keep it that way. But since I have been on Androcur 25mg twice a day for the past three years my feritin levels have leveled out on thier own now 29 with out having to give blood in the past year. My T level is below 90 so I am quite happy with the results. My doctors are not concerned that I have leveled off but they keep pushing Androgel on me. I tell them I am happy with out the T and I refuse to take the Androgel.
