You have to give rep to at least like five different folks before you can add to same person. and you can only add to like 5 or 10 in a 24 hour period

What is the MATTER with everybody???
I would LOVE to have my nuts cut off by a Black Civil Rights leader, and a Minister to boot, and don't think I should have to be black or running for President to have it done.
