I believe what Ken was saying is that this is DEFINITELY not a do-it-yourself procedure, and is something that should only be undertaken by a medical professional.

It seems that I read somewhere that jsut taking an anti-estrogen like tamoxafin will render your dick erectionless yet still have all other effects of testosterone. May want to research that if it sounds like a viable solution. Good luck!!!

This is an old post, but I replied to a similar query yesterday: there's no drug that stops erections and has no other effect. This is something scientists have been seeking out as it would help men following surgery on the penis (such as adult or adolescent castration), but nothing has been found and the only drug that was thought to work was found to be no better than placebo. DP or other antiandrogen might work if injected a month or so before the surgery but would not be effective if the surgery was done as an emergency.

What I remember the nerve bundle is deep inside of the body around the prostrate gland and travels to the spinal cord in one direction and the other way towards the penis. One of the bad side effects of prostrate removals is impotent. Often the nerve are cut and can not be repaired. Getting to cut the nerve is something that only a doctor can do safely.
Yep bang on.
These nerves control the flow of blood to your penis and quite often suffer trauma or get cut during prostatectomy as they pass on the outside capsule of the prostate, they can be spared but it involves peeling them off the prostate and quite often this causes damage.
I had my prostate out late last year and have not had anything that resembles a boner this year at all.
Its a good job I have learned to orgasm with a limp dick.

Do some research on banding. It damages the pudundal nerve and can cause numbness which makes erections very difficult to impossible. Thoroughly research it though because you can kill yourself with it if you get stupid with it.
