Although this video was filmed after a tribal conflict, so what it's really showing is mob cruelty. It did not look like his abdomen is cut open, looks more like they have put a spear through his abdomen and have pinned him down
That video has been around for some time. Someplace I may still have it saved someplace, but is was a higher quality video than the link listed and shorter also. I believe it came form a BBC Documentary and it was a tribal conflict.
