Initially after castration the hot flashes were severe. I don't think this happens for everyone but be aware, they can be debilitating.

First year:

osteoporosis 10

muscle mass loss ....I have actually gained muscle...I have been on hrt most of the 16 years i have been castrated

lethargy bad at the beginning..0 now
