You need to go to a urologist and soon. If possible, look for a female urologist or endocrinologist, most always more sympathetic, from my experience. Get checked out because if your testicles are damaged things can turn bad for you. Dr. Kimmel suggested to me that a damaged testicle can turn cancerous, I don't know why, but I remember him saying it. So for your own peace of mind, go see a doctor, preferably a urologist. A regular doctor will refer you to a urologist most likely any way. Has your testosterone levels decreased? Are you in pain? Are you having erections like before? that is correct i heard from 2 other sources besides Dr. kimmel

I think I've done about the same damage but am about to start chem castration then have a good excuse to get them cut off.
