I've known some males who had oversized genitals. Their wives/girlfriends didn't enjoy penetrative sex as a result. One guy was so large that even oral sex was very tricky.

In practical terms, having an average sized penis is no real problem. Supposedly, a woman's vagina can accommodate any size penis, but there is just as great a variation in vagina size among women as there is in penis size among men. And, like men, this seems to have no relation to the size of the woman.
The shallowest, tightest vagina that I ever encountered was in a woman who was five-feet nine inches tall and weighed two-hundred-forty-five pounds.
