--Just saying the traditional cure for osteoporosis and/or muscular degeneration was onions, squash and chicos (nonsweet corn) fried in real butter and with pigweed (tender leaves) added. This IS a cure for osteoporosis.

If further feminisation is not wanted, 1/10th of the normal female dose of estrogen would be enough to prevent osteoporosis from lack of sex hormones. S/he could take a gel for that, so there's no need to ingest anything.

Testosterone could also be applied as a gel in a similarly low dosage. This could help your friend to stay sexually active.

Depends on what you want to achieve. In any case, very low doses of either sex hormone should do the job.

Quartering pills in a 28 day container is pretty simple.

Yoli here, with an update...

"Treasure" arrived from Houston on schedule and was a bit surprised at my concern re osteo-P in her case. Still, she has agreed to keep an appointment I've arranged and will pay for in order to determine where she is re bone density and calcium absorption. Said appt. to be kept on August 24 here in SA.

"She" is rather vague regarding any estrogen therapy she may have been on pre-OR-post castration. This is more a matter of ignorance of fact and memory lapse than an intent to conceal fact or deceive.

She claims to have a "Scrapbook" including images of herself before castration but thus far I've declined to view same since I'm fairly certain she was castrated before reaching legal age and most of you here are aware of my abhorrence of anything involving minors. That said, IF she has some swimsuit shots or others that do not reveal her genitalia then perhaps I'll have a peek.

Will report.

Ciao for Niao

Even tho I'm on HRT my doc has me taking calcium twice a day. Not bad idea I think... You should talk to your friend about estrogen. If she really seeks to be more female? Why not???
