You are well on the way to killing your testicles. The pain is a warning. The swelling is a warning. The banding bruised the cords. If you don't give them a chance to heal (like a month to heal a bruise), you might lose your testicles sooner than you want.

I don't know how long you can band repeatedly for several hours at a time before you do permanent damage. One hour might be the limit for you with the swelling that two hours caused -- if you want to keep your testicles for a few years longer.
