my Spironoloctone and Estroderm 100 has now arrived

Well it is with joy, anticipation and excitement that i today at 9:00 AM took my very first dose of Spiro and applied an Estroderm patch.

i have taken 1/2 a tablet of Spiro and will have the second half at 3 PM then another half at 7 then the last half at midnight

i am monitoring my body for any changes no matter how subtle, and hope i can determine the difference between physiological and / or psychological changes.

i will post an entry in my blog daily, if possible from now on
