A TS woman is a transsexual woman--one born with testicles and a weenie. A post-op TS woman has had her testicles removed and her weenie inverted, and thus is a form of a eunuch.

But, most of us can indeed orgasm.

I'm not sure where you're getting your numbers. According to this guide (http://www.google.com/url?q=http://tran ... yvJnVMOLQg), 63-94% of post-op MTFs can have orgasms. In most cases, retaining orgasmic potential is one of the primary surgical goals.

Almost all of the post-op trans people I happen to know are female-to-male. Only about one has chosen to have genital surgery.

Note: most FTMs want chest reconstruction, and many want hysterectomies with oophorectomies (largely to prevent cancer, but also to allow them to use a lower dose of testosterone without reactivating the ovaries), but relatively few have any interest in the genital surgeries that are currently available, since they tend to give rather poor aesthetic results, and may also lead to loss of sensation. Many of those FTMs who do choose genital surgery have a minimally invasive one called metoidioplasty, which has a low risk of reducing sensation.

When I was finally totally castrated by Dr. Kimmel, I was lying there on the operating table watching him as best I could, smelling the putrid smell of burning flesh. I did not orgasm while being castrated. He cut off my remaining testicle, held it up to me and said, "This does not look good, it's good you had it removed." It didn't look good from all the years of abuse I had inflicted upon it. After getting home, I remember experiencing the eunuch calm for a few weeks, I was able to achieve erections and did have intercourse. My first orgasm without my testicles felt different, it was not as intense and lacked the force of when I had testicles. I distinctly remember that I was able to remain erect for long periods of time, but during intercourse I seemed somewhere else, I couldn't stay focused, didn't really seem to care about achieving an orgasm myself. My wife noticed and said I was a disinterested partner, making her feel that I didn't desire her, which was important to her, it helped her achieve her own orgasm. After a few weeks a deep dark depression came over me, it was terrible and fortunately I was able to get help. I started a low testosterone regimen and have been using it ever since.

I can orgasm occasionally now, but it's nothing like it was when I was intact. I'm 54 and so being older and being a eunuch have diminished my sex drive and desire. Weeks go by without any real sexual thoughts or desire. My penis has shrunk quite a bit, my wife who is the same age doesn't seek sex or desire it, she said recently she just likes to cuddle, which is ok with me. Last night I woke up with what I call, regressive penis syndrome, it's my term for what happens to my penis sometimes at night. On ocassion, I wake up at night with the sensation of my penis shrinking further or the feeling as though my testosterone is leaving me, I don't know how to describe it. It could be the result of insufficient testosterone, extra stress, I'm not sure, and I don't know why it wakes me up. But when it happens, my already small penis becomes extremely limp and useless. It doesn't respond to touch or any contact. It's a strange sensation and doesn't happen often, but be prepared for these type of things once castrated.

Orgasm is NOT Ejaculation..... an orgasm is not just a release of energy it is also a gaining of energy that can be circulated through the body an internal full body orgasm... most of it is in the mind,i can orgasm with no stimulation.

Well i'll try to explain my situation.

My testicles were worked with a burdizzo almost an year ago. I experimented all the consequences: testicles dead, penis shrunken (it's now 13-14 cm: it was 19 cm before). I hade my testicles and scrotums removed at last.

It seems nevertheless that my adrenal testosterone keeps me capable of some residual erection, altough it is not like before. I have feelings during sex that i could really call orgasms, especially when i have my penis stimulated. Dry orgasms obviously.

I was cut in oct last year 2011, i was horny for it for many years even to crawling on the vets table to get cut

and after jerking off the morning of 2 times. i was horny the day after but didnt jerk off because my spermatic

chord was just freshly cut and i didnt want complications. i continued to be horny but after 3 weeks i was no longer

As time goes on, the prostate tends to shrink without testosterone, and as it does the amount of seman produced also decreases. But if the eunuch can orgasm, he will still have some ejaculate. Eventually the eunuch, assuming he can still orgasm, will have "dry" climaxes. How much sexual activity a eunuch can maintain after castration is, ofcourse, one of the biggest YMWV aspects of men in our condition.

I do'nt know if I had an orgasm when I was being being castrated as I was totally out of it and It was three days before I was in any way aware of what had happened, but I doubt it is as my penis was a mass of black and blue tissue with a catather coming out near my anus as the penis was such a mess it was not possible to insert a cathether in the pee hole. i had two dribble events soon after and nothing since. Five years and five months a Eunuch and I have to admit I rather enjoy it.

I remember nothing of the event that robbed me of my manhood. I was knocke unconcious. I know now that I was kicked square in the crotch by our stallion. My nuts were mushed and serious damage done to by penis. My pubic bone was fractured. When I came round I was totally devestated but after a time came to accept the situation and enjoy this new experience. My penis is almost dead, totally impotent and erogenous feeling only in a small area on the underside of the glans. The rest of it is the same as a finger or toe and it is now very shrunken. I have never had an orgasm since and my doc. tells me I never will. Thankfully I have no sex drive whatsoever and I am quite content. If you want to be castrated this is not the way to go about it.
